1. Future sessions:

   i. Trustees understand the audit and role as verifier

   ii. How the FS can go online and use supreme efficiently

   iii. Communication of FS with ST

2. There was no session at this Org. Meeting for me in the areas of IRS/Audits/Online with Supreme

   a. See answer to 15.

3. Have a podium at microphone for speakers with notes and/or papers

   a. Ok

4. Have 2nd through 5th place awards listed out with detail on sheet to be handed out Sunday morning during wrap-up

   a. Good idea, we had shorten to just 1st based on comments from last meeting.

5. Make coffee available near main room

   a. It is a cost issue.

6. Provide training for each council job DGK, Treasurer, FS …

   a. We will evaluate.

7. Better activities for wives

   a. Understand, we also heard it at the convention however not enough time to react other than what was done.
       We will pass it on to the planners of upcoming meetings.

8. Consider putting state directory on website in a secure fashion; would help with editorial changes.

   a. Already in the works, if the State Officers get comfortable with the security we will roll it out.

9. Positive reasons to fill out form was nice change as opposed to simply being pounded to fill them out.

   a. Thanks for noticing.

10. Why is full dress required on Friday night, time and travel are issues and we are all “staff”. Agree with full dress for Sat./Sun.

   a. State Officers will discuss, your argument has merit.

11. Need vendors

   a. We agree and will work on.

12. More info on directorships

   a. We will look at making that improvement.

13. Less info on membership

   a. We will look at making that improvement, but it is very important.

14. More motivation of GKs

   a. Agreed

15. Less formalities this is Org Meeting not Convention

   a. We get the message and will try and keep it to a minimum but some is required.

16. Have FS breakout training

   a. FS training was moved to Mid-Year Meeting +3years ago; we need to communicate better.

17. Make new GKs welcome

   a. See answer to 14.

18. How to handle

   a. Death in council

   b. Hostile members

   c. Officer control

   d. Spreading council thin vs. keep activities going
