FORM 990 Updated Information

This is a notice from the IRS (Notice)  to those groups who may have missed the May 27 deadline for filing their first Form 990, I don't know if we are able to know if anyone has not actually filed the 990 but you might want to circulate this and have it placed on the website.

Also IRS provides training on-line for 990 filers that might help with the new form that is being used since January 2010.

This Link is for those with gross receipts of less than $25,000 who will file the 990N postcard form.
