Faithful Citizenship in Action

Welcome to the Patriotic Degree

The Fourth Degree is the patriotic degree of the Knights of Columbus. Since the first exemplification on February 22, 1900, Sir Knights have answered the call to serve as visible witnesses of Catholic faith, civic responsibility, and love of country.

Across North Carolina, Fourth Degree assemblies support bishops and priests, honor veterans, participate in civic and ecclesial ceremonies, and strengthen their communities through charitable and patriotic service.

Membership is open to Third Degree Knights in good standing. There is no waiting period. Eligible Knights are invited to continue their journey and embrace the Fourth Degree's enduring lesson of patriotism.
