You can now send pictures or documents with you State Council Service
Awards.
Here are the
procedures to follow if you want to submit pictures or documents with your
State Council Service Awards Form.
1. Go to the on line form, select the award you
want to submit and fill in all the information – DO NOT SUBMIT THE FORM --
2. Press Ctrl + A keys to
select all information on the page
3. Then press Ctrl + C key
to copy the information
4. Open a new email form and use Ctrl + V keys to past this information into the text portion of the email
5. Now use the insert function to select and attach
any pictures or documents
6. Enter the stateadvocate@kofcnc.org and statewebmaster@kofcnc.org email
address and any other email address you want to send to
7. In Subject line - place your council number, award name and
picture
