How to Recognize Recruiters

1) First you have to recognize what makes a Good Recruiter.

a- Must be knowledgeable of the Order.

b- Could be a PGK, Trustee, Salesman or a Manager.

2) Then you should recognize them by rewarding them.

a- Use the VIP Program.

b- Hand out Certificates of Appreciation.

c- Have something special for your Top Proposer.
