1. This GREEN sheet with all returns (stubs, money (checks) and any unsold tickets) MUST be
in the hands ofthe DD at a time determined by him. No earlier than Wednesday April 21st 2010
and NO LATER THAN MAY 1. 2010.

2. Returns after May 1, 2010 (pINK sheet) will be charged at full value of ($5.00 each).

No tickets will be accepted after 4:00 PM. Mav 15.2010

3. Following the Raffle Audit, Council's selling 100+ tickets more than they sold in 2009 will receive
a bonus of $1.00 for each ticket over the previous year ticket sales. (must sell a minimum of 100 over
previous year to qualify)
