The Tar Heel Knight

My Brothers:
We had a great 4^th Degree Exemplification in New Bern.   Fifty-six knights became Sir Knights.  Congratulations to all.  And a special thanks to all who recruited them.  (One of the newly knighted even asked to become an Exemplar.)  We could use more exemplars.  Please contact me or any exemplar for info.
Start planning for the Bi-annual meeting!  (13 APR 24, in Graham)  It will be at Blessed Sacrament church (1620 Hanford Road, Graham, NC).  Don’t forget, I will need three names of Sir Knights for the position of Master of the District of North Carolina.  My time is drawing near.  The District Master’s position will start on 1 SEP 24. 
Please check out the “Laws and Rules Governing the Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus” concerning how many delegates that your assembly can bring to the Bi-annual meeting.  Article V, Section 14, paragraph (b).  The rest of the paragraphs state what we will do and the order.  See also Section 15 of the same article on reimbursement.  Please attend, your insight will be appreciated and helpful.
Do not forget to elect delegates and alternates.  The Faithful Navigator needs to inform me of who is attending from your assembly.  The District Secretary will be sending an E-mail to all Faithful Navigators and copying the Faithful Comptrollers.
