Greetings Brother Knights,
 
As always, we begin the Calendar Year with the preparation for the State Convention. This preparation should already be engrained in your planning calendars; however, if you are new to the role a few gentle reminders are listed below:

1. Resolutions are due on or before February 1, 2025, per the State Council By-Laws
2. Credentials are due on or before April 1, 2025, with a grace period of April 5, 2025, for mailed forms.
3. Registration must also be completed on or before April 17, 2025, for all attending including any Credentialed Delegates.

Credentials committee will review the credentials each council submitted prior to April 17, 2025, to ensure that if any issues are present the corrections can be made prior to the Convention.
 
ALL BILLS FROM SUPREME AND STATE must be paid by the council to remain eligible to vote. This includes the following listed below:

1. Supreme Per Capita – Suspensions will be reviewed on May 14, 2024
2. State Per Capita, Insurance, ect. – Payments reviewed with the State Secretary/ Treasurer

 
Payments not received timely can cause your council not to be reimbursed for the mileage traveled and per-diem offered by the State Council. Waived council are at the discretion of the State Deputy.
 
All council Grand Knights are the first delegate; however, if the Grand Knight is unable to attend ANY 3^RD DEGREE MEMBER can be a Delegate.
