My brother Knights!
I am honored to begin my term as your State Secretary. My goal is to strengthen communication and keep you informed about State Council-sponsored events, as well as other activities that may be important to our members. To do this well, I need your help. If you know of an event that should be included on the State Calendar, please let me know.
Here are some of the events for the next ninety days!
July 2026
Please note the following July events:
Saturday, July 4, 2026 – Independence Day:
This year marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

North Carolina State Organizational Meeting
:
This meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Durham. State Officers will meet with Regional District Deputies and District Deputies from across North Carolina to discuss plans for the year. Membership and Programs staff will also be available to share information about their areas.
Saturday, July 18, 2026 – Council Leadership Training, East and West Regions:
Council leaders will have the opportunity to meet with State Leadership, Membership Staff, and Program Staff to learn about planned State activities. Visit

This holiday recognizes the social and economic achievements of American workers.

This event will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center.
Saturday, September 26, 2026 – Maria Immaculata Council 3390, Durham:
The council will celebrate the 75th anniversary of its founding.
