Kickstart the Fraternal Year with Purpose and Energy!

First, I must thank you for your confidence in me as I have now been elected to my second term as your State Treasurer! You allow me to continue serving you and the order I love. That brings me much enjoyment!
As we head into a new fraternal year, now is the perfect time to set the tone for success! Start by meeting with your Pastor to understand where your council can best support the parish. Hold officer elections and work together to build a budget that reflects your goals for the year ahead. Don’t forget – important forms (#365 and #185) are due by June 30, 2025, and Safe Environment training should be tackled early to ensure compliance.
Get a jump on planning your programs for the year! Reserve needed venues now, brainstorm new ideas, and make sure each event includes a membership component to help your council grow. Speaking of membership, now’s the time to rally your Exemplification Team or recruit new members to assist. A membership drive early in the year can boost the momentum – just be sure to schedule an exemplification soon after to welcome our new Knights.
Starting strong means starting early. With thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a commitment to service, your council will be ready to make a meaningful impact this fraternal year!
Remember, the State Council is here to help, and we have many resources to help you achieve your goals. If there is anything I can do, all you need to do is ask.
I look forward to visiting you at your events this coming Fraternal Year!
Vivat Jesus,
Joe McCarthy, North Carolina State Treasurer
