Hello Brother Knights, As we head into March, continue to see all your forms. If you are a Council that have not sent me the 185 or 365, please send it to me we are down to around single digits for 185 and in the teens for 365. Some of the 365s I have a copy of up are not counting because the Councils has not filled out all the required chairmen. IF you are one of those Councils, please fix that if possible. We are looking good at both sets of Audits or the 1295A/B. There is still time, and this will help Supreme keep you bonded, and you will remain in good standing. Know that we have pushed the 1728 or Fraternal Activities. Supreme is still collecting it to see how the Organizations is doing across the entire world. The State uses them for State Awards which have been evaluated and finished but please submit them if you have not. We are still missing around 30 Councils. As we get closer to the Convention don’t forget to start submitting your SP7 and Fraternal Benefits Nights forms as soon as possible. I have already received my first SP7 and it was filled to the brim with details. I am looking forward to seeing each and everyone one of them. FYI if you are stuck on filling out the SP7 and your DD or RDD can’t or you want another set of eyes on it please send me a message at forms@kofcnc.org and I will help you get the SP7 filled correctly. For March, I challenge one of you to look back through the 3rd Degree Exemplification and really try to understand the meaning of each of these words. Supreme Knight Patrick Kelly is challenging us through the new degree to not only look at the organization as what I can do to fundraiser and support other often really great organizations, but what can I do as a Knight to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty. What can I do to take care of my family and my brother’s knights’ families? What can I do to strengthen my faith and the faith of my community? Since this is the Jubilee Year, For March lets provide you with the Pope Francis’s Jubilee Year 2025 Prayer. As you are praying this prayer this month, remember and pray for Pope Francis as he struggles with his health. The Jubilee Year 2025 Prayer: Father in heaven, may the faith you have given us in your son, Jesus Christ, our brother, and the flame of charity enkindled in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, reawaken in us the blessed hope for the coming of your Kingdom. May your grace transform us into tireless cultivators of the seeds of the Gospel. May those seeds transform from within both humanity and the whole cosmos in the sure expectation of a new heaven and a new earth, when, with the powers of Evil vanquished, your glory will shine eternally. May the grace of the Jubilee reawaken in us, Pilgrims of Hope, a yearning for the treasures of heaven. May that same grace spread the joy and peace of our Redeemer throughout the earth. To you our God, eternally blessed, be glory and praise for ever. Amen St. Turibius of Mogrovejo (Feast Day: March 23) was a Spanish missionary and Archbishop of Lima, known for his tireless efforts in evangelizing and reforming the Church in Peru. Born in 1538 in Spain, he was a brilliant scholar and a professor of law before being unexpectedly appointed Archbishop, despite being a layman at the time. Once ordained, he traveled thousands of miles across South America, baptizing and confirming nearly half a million people, including St. Rose of Lima and St. Martin de Porres. He fought against corruption, defended the rights of Indigenous peoples, and established seminaries to train native clergy. He is the patron saint of Latin American bishops, Peru, and Indigenous peoples. A true servant of God, he once said, "Time is not our own, and we must give a strict account of it."
