Servant Leadership Presentation
State Advocate Tim Kelley and I are looking forward to hosting Supreme Director and Past State Deputy Colin Jorsch for a presentation on Servant Leadership! This event will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025. This will be a live event that you can join, it will also be live-streamed and recorded. Additional information can be found on the State website, KofCNC.org.
Per-Capita and Insurance Payments
This serves as an important reminder that per-capita payments and insurance payments are currently due. Please make sure all outstanding payments have been submitted. This money will be needed for on-going events currently being planned like the Servant Leadership presentation and the 2026 Convention.
Follow-Up on Outstanding Bills
We have begun follow-up actions for bills dated February 2025 and earlier. If you have any remaining balances, you will receive additional communication. It is vital to address these outstanding amounts promptly to maintain your good standing with the State Council which is required to attend State events like the Convention.
Upcoming Per-capita and Insurance
Looking ahead, please note that the invoices for second half of per-capita payments will be issued in February 2025. Additionally, insurance payments covering a full year starting in February 2026 will be issued. Please arrange your payments in advance to ensure you meet these deadlines and remain compliant.
Proactive Notification and Tracking Practices
Looking ahead, please note that the second half of per-capita payments will be issued in February 2026. Additionally, insurance payments covering a full year starting in February 2026 will be issued. Please arrange your payments in advance to ensure you meet these deadlines and remain compliant.
Insurance Coverage Documentation
If you do not intend to participate in the insurance program beginning in February 2026, you must provide your insurance coverage binder to State Advocate Tim Kelley. This documentation will verify your alternative coverage and ensure your council has continued insurance coverage.
Support and Contact Information
If you have any questions, especially those related to invoices, per-capita payments, or insurance matters, please contact me directly. I am dedicated to assisting you with all financial concerns and appreciate your ongoing commitment and service to our order.
