Email Send Request

Please read this page carefully.

The form on the next page is your way to request that an email blast be sent out by the Communication Director.  All requests for an email send must be submitted using this form.

What to expect:

  • When you submit this form, a copy is immediately sent to the State Secretary and the Communication Director.
  • All email sends must be approved by the State Secretary.
  • Once approval has been given, the Communication Director will attempt to send out the email by the date you indicate in the form.
  • If there are changes or revisions necessary, you will hear back from either the State Secretary or the Communication Director.
  • Your request should be submitted at least 3 weekdays before you want the email to be sent.
  • When you submit your request, you should receive an automated email response confirming the contents of your form submission.
  • If your request is urgent and needs to go out sooner, submit the form as you normally would, but follow up with a phone call to the State Secretary.  Urgent requests are discouraged, but we understand that they sometimes are required.
  • When the email has been approved and processed, you will receive an email confirming when your email has been scheduled to go out.

The goal of using this form is to make the sending of emails from the State Council as efficient and error free as possible.  If you do not hear from someone regarding your send in time, please feel free to pick up the phone and call either the State Secretary or the Communication Director.  It's possible that we may have missed the request.
