At your Council’s March Business meeting, you should hold your election of Delegates and alternates to the North Carolina Knights of Columbus State Convention.  Immediately after this election, the results need to be recorded and a copy of the Meeting Minutes sent to the State Secretary by April 1, 2024.   Submission of this form constitutes compliance.
 
All delegates and alternates must be elected by the council membership on or before April 1, 2024.
NOTE: The Grand Knight is automatically Delegate #1 unless unable to attend.
