The goal of retention is to keep members engaged with their councils.

We accomplish this by:

  • Providing interesting and inviting meetings
  • Communications with the membership
  • Recognition of accomplishments
  • Worthwhile and enjoyable projects
  • Social gatherings with member’s and their families
  • Assistance for needy members
