The goal of retention is to keep members engaged with their councils.

We accomplish this by:

Providing interesting and inviting meetings
Communications with the membership
Recognition of accomplishments
Worthwhile and enjoyable projects
Social gatherings with member’s and their families
Assistance for needy members
